Without body control, there is no ball control! 
Youth players will reach their full potential with a more comprehensive understanding of proper body control, which is necessary to improve balance,speed, quickness and agility. As players get older, they will eventually enter the field on which the skill level of most players is equal.

The players who are most successful are the quickest, fastest and most agile.

Sessions are available Friday evenings.
